Thanks for the response @Matt. That workaround mentioned in the documentation didn't work for me. But i found an alternative. A really good lightweight VST plugin that works with Eq APO. All good now. ☺

I've noticed that once I select Realtek 2nd output in configurator, the enhancements tab disappear from sound settings for that output and there's no way to enable it. I really need the both the enhancements and Eq APO. But can i just disable Eq APO for a moment without rebooting so i use the enhancements?
