Gerry, I am still running php7.3 on my server, but unfortunately I had a major crash and had to completely reinstall my server. So now is a good time to upgrade, but I have two questions. where can I get the latest version available, when I look on sourceforge the latest seems to have a date of 2017, so not sure that is the latest. After reinstalling everything, I could not login with my admin account. So I saved my config.php, and tried to do the install.php. Inserted all my details, got to step...
