    TA ... yes it's the 'open in Firefox' which is the problem. Nothing appears in the viewer and the download button simply causes the 'waiting' icon to continue to cycle. I don't think I had actually changed the setting from 'Always ask' which everything else is set to but thank you for the poke ... it will help in a few other places as well! Next problem is to work out how to lay out my G gauge pico track in the loft area not helped by the battle to actually be allowed to USE the loft :(

    I had a good idea what was going on, and I have had this problem before but about to hit 70 it's difficult to remember things. The problem IS the browser, Firefox, which is trying to simply display the pdf and is getting it's knickers in a twist because of the way Sourceforge delays download traffic. Your link just gets stuck in the same blockage with little opportunity to bypass the problem. I have managed to grab a copy of the latest file ... on my mobile phone ... but there must be a way to get...
