修改bug2149 三维，规划界面，规划一根螺钉，选择拖动模式，需要选定螺钉时，螺钉有一部分区域是无法选中的，选择矢状面的螺钉，进行拖动时，刚开始拖动的一瞬间，螺钉会先变一下位置，并不是要拖动到的目标位

length decide between moving and rotation from 12 to 40

change max Opacity to 0.5 Opacity=modeOpacity*0.5

add new InitializeViewsinterface has fitDisplayGeometry parameter

do not draw angle when perpendicular between a lineand a plane

fix bug when it draw in 2D window

only show angle when distance less than needle width

add draw surface X axis to vertical angle
