Here are new logs. This time, I am using an device image (of the same drive I am trying to clone since the beginning) as source. The symptoms are the same. So, here is the .pf file (and the clonezilla log too).
I should add that the source disk has a 512 bytes block size and the destination has a 4K block size. I suppose the problem is coming from that difference.
I have tried version 3.3.1-10 and it seems that I have the exact same problem.
