    We have the same problem when deploying the msi through Kace with the syntax "msiexec.exe /i KeePass-2.60.msi /qn /norestart". I managed to get the icons back by then issuing the following repair command using the product code via Kace "msiexec.exe /fa {7C096F52-C65F-4B26-9663-FD293907B241} /qn"
