OK thks, I will try that although I'm not familiar with the expert mode ;-) I assume I need to use GParted to create the partitions on the destination disk.

I attach the gparted.jpeg of the source disk again as I don't see it in the previous post.

Thank you Steve for the prompt reply! Yes, the source disk is 120 GB. Attached is a GParted screenshot of my source disk (gparted.jpeg). I also attach the partitions.

Hello Steven, I was looking for an alternative for my backup/restore application, Macrium Reflect, now that Macrium announced that they retire their Free Edition as of 2024. I read very good comments on CloneZilla and started some tests. I did succeed to make a backup on my Synology NAS using SAMBA. However, restoring resulted in the same errors as in above (although the destination disk is about 6 times larger in size): "/dev/sdb6: No free sectors available. Failed to add #6 partition: No space...
