Let me begin by thanking everyone who works on KeePass; from the developers to the guys helping on the forums. I am using KeePass v2.40 and have many entries in my database. I use the KeePass icons to quickly identify entries in my KeePass database. As a result of using KeePass over many years, sometimes I've forgotten that I've already added an icon to the database. It would be nice to be able to name the icons and be able to search for them by name. Please would it be possible to add such a feature?...

I'm sorry I'm so late to this thread...For reasons uknown I stopped receiving notifications on it. Anyway, Dominik, I cannot thank you enough for this. This is PERFECT! While I 100% agree with wellread1, that user accounts shouldn't be shared...it's not that simple. There are times when 'secured' information (not 'aways' passwords) are shared amongst our Technical Support Team. In any case, even if the KeePass database isn't shared...it is useful for an individual to know if a password hasn't been...

Many thanks for your comments on this post. I have done as you say and created a "Password Changed Date" field which we are manually updating - it's not great, but it'll do for now. I'm looking at creating a plugin that will automatically do this for me. fritzophrenic, I assume you're asking for this, in order to determine which passwords need to be changed soon. EXACTLY that! I hear what you say about the "Last modification time" and I am aware of it...however, it just tells you when the record...

Please let me begin by saying thank you to all those involved with KeePass; the developers, the website admins and all the other unsung heros. I hope someone can help me. I have a KeePass database that has many, many entries in it. What I am trying to do is easily view all entries in my KeePass database whose password hasn't changed in 'x' days (or since a given date). Is this possible? If so how? Many thanks in advance. Kind regards, Lee

Firstly, let me thank everyone for their time and effort spent on making KeePass what it is. It is very much appreciated. I hope someone can help me. Is it possible to show all KeePass entries whose 'password' field hasn't been updated for 'x' number of days (or since a given date)? I want to update all passwords which haven't been updated in a while - and would like an easy way to see which usernames/passwords do and don't need updating. Many thanks, Lee
