nevermind, i found the solution for my problem. I'm using the radiusdesk connected to a mikrotik. the mikrotik is configured as a dynamic radius client of the radiusdesk. the hotspot of the mikrotik had a default profil with shared user (max. active users) set to 1. this setting was applied to the users from the radiusdesk login through the mikrotik hotspot. cheers

hey there, I have the situation, that a permanent user can only have one active session. For example: user1 is logged in with his phone and want also login with his notebook. He gets following error message when try to login with is notebook: "no more sessions are allowed for user user1" Question: How can I define a profile with a profile component, which allows to have 2 or more active session with the same permanent user? I looked in the internet, radius wiki and here in the forum for an answer....
