Hi, I am following all the instructions (1) csv -> tab delimited; 2) input and output directory correct as per the tutorial, 3) naming the files as download_x), however when I press the button to convert tab delimited -> WoS it's just loading forever and not working. *p.s. this issue pertains regardless of whether the csv file has the first-row headers or I remove them.

Uploading 2 files that show 1) the file directory 2) what the screen looks like when citespace is just stuck forever (waited 30-60 min, or more) even after clicking the button to convert. There is no output, just loading.
