@Steven Shiau i found what was the problem, my ssd desnt like ext4 file system and when clonezilla checks file system prior backup or restoration (cant remember exactly) always finds something wrong with the filesystem.

The thing is that every time i try to back up my disk after deleting & creating partitions & formatting them it keeps providing the wrong ID. Yes /dev/sda2 is a swap partition.
