Is it possible to make a clone of Rescue disk? Can I simply copy the content and move to new drive to make a backup of Rescue disk?

I did UEFI full disk encryption with hidden OS it created some GPT file on rescue disk is it safe to delete this or will I need these files in the future? Folder structure Rescue_disk (E:) |-EFI |-gpt_enc |-gpt_hos |-os_hdr can I delete these gpt_enc, gpt_hos, os_hdr?
