Hi, I have a lot of entries that I use on the same webpage, each with different login credentials. So when I'm on the webpage and I invoke Auto-type, KeePass presents me with a list of all entries for that website. But the entries are listed in an unconvenient order. How can I change the order of the entries in this list?

Hi, I followed your advice to search for KeePass databases with ... Quick and Normal search modes of Find Files... Just to make sure, I even ran these searches on all of my drives (both internal and external/removable/usb), not just on the one where my database had gone corrupt. The searches in Quick and Normal search modes found no database files more recent than 07/04/2023. But I am a bit stubborn and really needed to retreive the 2 forementionned KeePass entries, so I kept searching in other ways...

Hi Paul, I just opened my corrupt .kdbx file in HxD Hex Editor and ran a search for the header: "03 D9 A2 9A 67 FB 4B B5". It was not found. I really hope this doesn't mean that all hope is lost to retreive entries from the corrupt .kdbx? Thanks in advance!

Hi Paul, Do you have a backup / other copy on another device? The only backup I have is dated 07/04/2023. It is on another external USB HD (spinning, not SSD) than the corrupt database. The corrupt database is dated 13/11/2023. Most important things I would need to gain access to are only 2 password entries that are in the corrupt database, but they are not in the 07/04/2023-backup (they were created later on). These passwords give me access to 2 recently created Veracrypt file containers that both...

Hi Paul, File > Open > Find Files Point to the external HD ... did not show any kdbx-files, other then those of which I knew I had them and which are visible in Windows Explorer/Total Commander/Everything/... as well.

Hi Paul, Thanks for your help. I'm not quite sure if I understand your vision/conclusion. Just to make sure that my explanation is clear enough: The file that I am trying to open is my KeePass database (path and filename are correct and file extension is .kdbx), but it seems that for an unexplicable reason some html code from a SyncBack log file was written into this .kdbx file - I notice this when I open the .kdbx file in Notepad++. ... the first large section of text is pure HTML-code Meaning that...
