Hi David, I did not advanced on pygwy working with 64bits Gwyddion, but I continue to use my script from time to time. Currently I would like to extract 2D profile of a bunch of measures to save them into a .txt. How can I do that ? I think I must use get_profile and store it into a dataline but can't make it work. Thanks

Hi David, do you have any idea why pigwy doesn't work with the 64bit ? A clue on the source of the problem ? For the moment, I think this problem is well above my computer level. I'm a litlle bit lost, I seen that it's possible to create stand alone program using C, could it be a work around ? Thanks in advance

Hi david, Thanks to your help, we accomplished a lot in my lab throughout the year. Recently we moved to a new instrument to have a better resolution. Therefore the file size of our measures increased a lot, around 800MB in ".gwy". The 32bit version of gwyddion seems to don't handle it, but the 64bit seems to. Is there a way to automate the data treatment in the 64bit version of gwyddion ? Since pigwy only works with the 32bit one. Thanks for your help, Camille
