hi i'm trying to restore itop on another server from a backup. i restore database from dashboard and import it to mysql , and I changed database credentials and iTop url in config-itop.php. then in setup procedure i got error on ticket_request table.(see atachments on next post) and in the admin pannel i can see list of all users and requests , but i can't see their detatils,i get error about "not existing servicefamily table". does it depend on some extensions? does it depend on installation procedure?...

hi I want to convert julian date in user portal because it's not common in my country ,I mean i want to add some formulas to it and then show it to user, how can i do this? thanks for your help.
