I just checked and yes, the behavior is exactly the same when using the EQ sliders. The difference I described between choosing the Windows default knob and choosing a different Slider knob image also applies to the EQ sliders in the exact same way as how it applies to the Pre Aplifying slider.

Reverting from 1.6.6.0 back to 1.6.4.1 fixes the issue completely for me. Updating to 1.6.6.0 again after that causes the issue to re-occur, and reverting back to 1.6.4.1 once more fixes the issue. I am using the horizontal Pre Amplifying slider that appears at the top in the main window of Peace. Choosing to use the "detached" Pre Amplifying slider instead (either in horizontal mode or in vertical mode) does not make a difference to the "sticking" behavior/issue that occurs in 1.6.6.0.
