Desktop Listview not working in a dual monitor setup

Setup on Windows 10 - Problem with Net Framework

Due to some of the responses I've received, I fell like I should say this... I am NOT interested in working with a company in any capacity. So if you represent or are part of an existing company, please do not respond. I'm looking for an individual who I could partner with for the betterment of the software. Someone to share all aspects of the development process.

Hello Wayne, nice to meet you. You certainly have a lot of time invested with the basic language. Not sure what "more" information you are looking, but I will give it a shot. As I said, the software is a desktop replacement program. I have no plans at this time to sell the software for profit, but that may change later down the road.
