Probably a long shot considering how old this forum is, but I need help with setting up an E405 that I purchased recently. I tried following all the instructions and downloading everything I needed, but ran into a roadblock with the DvID.dat file - namely the fact that all the sources I checked didn't really have a clear answer on how to get/generate said file (either that or I'm really really dumb). In the end, I just gave up and completely reformatted the E405 so I could get a fresh start. Is there...
