The only way I could get the shortcuts to work was when I assigned them to the joystick. Couldn't get the keyboard to work.

New FacetrackNoIR User. Headtracking's working fine. But I can't get the shortcuts to work. I'm using the default "HOME" key for Center "PGDWN" key for Game Zero, and default "END" key for Start/Stop. These do nothing in FSX:SE. What am I doing wrong?

Okay. I see "PointTracker 1.1" under "Tracker Source". I was looking for "IR Point Tracker". Sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm using the FSX SimConnect protocol. And started FTNoIR. It picked up the IR points but it is running VERY slowly and jerky. I guess I'm at the next step and need to figure out what settings to adjust. Thanks for the help. Jeff

I just downloaded and installed FaceTrackNoIR, followed by the FaceTrackNoIR PluginPack. During the installation of the PluginPack, the IR PointTracker (like FreeTrack) was selected. When the installation completed, I opened FaceTrackNoIR. But no IR PointTracker is available to select under Tracker Source. I have a Grass Monkey Odyssey IR point device that I want to use for the head tracking. How do I fix this in FaceTrackNoIR? Jeff
