I logged the problems I found at Github, but Brice hasn't had time to address as of this writing, nor have I solved on my own. If you are "not that good in coding", your results will probably be similar to mine.

I just found your 2019 updates at github. Very pleased to find. Downloaded and installed on a WAMP server, using an old database. Am hitting Smarty errors on setup > configure. Did it run successfully for you?
