i have the same issue and when i enable mplex i get another error: **ERROR: [mplex] MUX STATUS: Frame data under-runs detected!

thanks for the advice Alex. I have tried both to deactivate mplex and change to another audio file. Now i get a new error message: ERR: Cannot jump to chapter 4 of title 1, only 3 exist ERR: in VTSM pgc 0, button button04 I have created a new dvd project with same settings and unfortunately i still get that same error.
