MiMute not opening at the start up in Windows 10

Same problem here . Mic mute does not open with Windows 10 start up. I have created shortcuts under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp and also under C:\Users\<myusername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup. Still not opening at the start up. I have also allowed this file ( .exe) program under windows Security.Still not opening at the start up.
