    Figured it out. For future reference: - netlists are created/edited solely using mouse and keyboard. There is no associated menu or dialog box. - See the "key/mouse" actions under the help menu for the specific keys/buttons combinations. - "P" will paint/unpaint a pin (on a device/wire) for the currently-selected net. If no net is selected, it will create a new one. - <space> will paint/unpaint a track (or track segment) - if a net is selected, pins and any track will be black. - non-selected nets...

    I found an additional outside forum post (from 2018) describing entering the netlist with slightly more detail. And I've actually been able to start a (single) net. However, every additional pin or trace I paint attaches to that first net, so I've not been able to create additional nets. I did go through the tutorial again. The ability to edit nets is described in Tutorials 9 and 10, but only in the context of changing existing nets, not creating them. I don't see any reference to nets prior to tutorial...

    I came across VeroRoute on another forum, and it looks to be extremely useful for prototyping. The posts in the other forum stated that in addition to importing netlists, they could be created within VeroRoute graphically. I created small multivibrator layout to test it, but I have not been able to figure out how to tie the components together. I've not found mention of this feature anywhere other than that forum. Does such a capability actually exist?
