Hi David, I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you mean. I simply instald a UBUNTU 18 LAMP pack using ISPConfig which doesn't have a file manager. As mentioned, there was no directory tree and I couldn't use the Config features such as Password. I've moved on and installed Virtualmin which has it's own LAMP setup for Ubuntu and does have a Filemanager. I also installed PHPFileManager which is a two second job, to see how it responded there. It works fine on PHP 5.6 but when I installed it on PHP 7.2 there was no directory tree and Config wouldn't accept password etc. My PHP install may have some vital files or extensions missing. Can you please tell me what's essential to get it to work? Version 7.1.8 runs fine but compress/decompress doesn't work.
