I'm a bit thick about things like <filename> etc. Is there any chance you could make the replication of a source folder tree in a destination folder a bit simpler. As in the way Specsoft Audio Converter does it. It simply asks if I want to convert files of a type in all subfolders and then asks if I want to re create the folder structure at the output. That's the ideal foolproof way for me to do it. I don't like the Specsoft converter, though, because it doesn't let me choose the encoding paramiters...
