Question about the IEEE 123.glm. In the model, the nominal voltage at node 610 is defined as 480, where "nominal_voltage expects line-to-neutral voltages". But, based on the IEEE 123 test feeder transformer data for XFM-1, the kV-low is .480-D. That means the 480 is the line to line voltage in the test case. Should we define the 277.1271 at node 610 instead of 480? Many thanks! Joe
