After my latest pull, the problem seems to have been corrected. I'm no longer seeing transparencies in x11. Perhaps, it was corrected by another recent change. Thanks, -John

Here's an example of what it looks like on top of a white Chrome Window.

Yes, it changes sizes properly if I use ALT-Left and ALT-Right. Also, yes, the background that you see through the window changes when you move the window around the screen. If I position it differently, it remains transparent and will show whatever the content is under the Syncterm window. My screenshot program will capture it accurately and doesn't distort the captured image. Just for clarity, I don't have any transparencies globally enabled in my desktop environment (Gnome 3). After compiling, when I launch in X11 mode, Pop!OS 20.04 LTS (based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) is now showing the main menu of xterm within a transparent window. This behavior never occurred before recent updates. I've attach a screenshot so you can see what it looks like to me.
