Thank you very much! That helped. It gave me enough info to determine that I needed to install Gtk2. PyRx started right up after installing Gtk2.

Apologies for the delay. The forum didn't send me an email like it used to do to let me know when there is a reply. I tried that today. When I ran that command, it said that there was nothing to install, likely because it was already installed from when I installed it previously. I re-ran the install commands for all three of those packages to make sure they were installed, and all of them were already installed. I even tried uninstalling PyRx and reinstalling it after running the three install commands...

I have a purchased version of PyRx 0.9.3 that was previously running with no issues on Fedora 42, which had been upgraded numerous times from earlier versions. Recently, I had to do a clean installation of Fedora 43. When I reinstalled PyRx, it would not start up. I followed the instructions on the download website to install libpng12.x86_64, SDL.x86_64, and mesa-libGLU.x86_64. Thank you for the reply. I issued that command, and it seemed to have taken care of the initial error I got from the non-Administrator account. However, I ended up then getting an error telling me that I did not have permission to run /Library/PyRx/0.9.7/run.sh. I changed the permissions to 777, instead of 766, and it's running fine now.

I may have inadvertently figured out what was wrong. To clear out results from previous searches, I had typically been closing the Docking Results tab. This afternoon when I was trying to replicate the problem to get the screenshots you requested, I have been forgetting to close the Docking Results tab. I have not been able to replicate the problem this afternoon. I wonder if by closing the Docking Results tab I was confusing the software when it tried to update the results from the lastest run....

Do I just send the files to you through a post on this message board?
