Did you ever find a solution to this issue? We are experiencing the same issue with our Rescarta install. I am able to get the script to display in view source by removing the "async" and updating several of the RcWeb... files let me insert the code in the but google analytics still doesn't seem to receive the data. Any suggestions? Would sure be nice to get analytics back.
