Alexander, this is a great suggestion. The one heads up is that the SOGo server acts as the main "calendar" and does not have a profile with CalDAV. Different computers connect with the SOGo server through Outlook. With this setup in mind, I'm wondering how CalDAV could help with the duplicates. Duplicate Entries on SOGo server

HI there and thank you for the response. I have attached the ICS from the appointment booked. CalDave does not sync with SOGo directly. Outlook syncs with SOGo through the Exchange protocol.
