Hi, I think I am encountering the same issue, but I am using the DRBL live cd 2.5.1-16 and run the clonezilla live inside. At the end of the restoration it would create efi boot entry using the efibootmgr command, parameters is incorrect, it points to the loader at "\EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi". But the correct efi file for CentOS is actually in \EFI\centos. I tried to manually run the efibootmgr to create the entry. I could boot, but another issue occured, I had dracut timeout.
