I do have an account (also the same account to write this forum messages). But I cannot seem to edit anything on the wiki...
It's in my opinion not very hard to fix this. I think working on the *.ui files with the program Designer could remove some problems. I was trying around, I removing the maximum size values helps already a bit.
Hello, I noticed that "translations/open-jardin_en.ts" was still for version 1.06. I have use lupdate, linguist and lrelease to update the files translations/open-jardin_en.ts and translations/open-jardin_fr.ts to contain the new words and new translations. I have recompiled openjardin afterwards and tested the files. I'm very new to all this. Hope it helps.
Looking at the code, I think the program get's your "locale" from the system and adjusts the language accordingly. (I'm not a programmer, I'm just guessing.). Maybe try to start the program with "LANG=en_US.UTF-8 openjardin" ?
Hi Gabriel Pardave, Last year, I tried out open jardin, and then it was also only in french. I was able to change the language to english. I will have to search how it was done. I will get back on this. Recently, I tried the software again. The software runs in English on my system now. It is for sure possible, as the translation files are there. I think it has to do with a setting of your operating system and/or a setting of the software. QT probably takes the system default language.
Is it possible for regular users to add informatipon to the wiki pages, here on Sourceforge?
Default jardin.xml file contains file reference to developpers local files
