is there any plan to port pycmd to work with python3?

is there a way to export and import the list of exclusions? i have projects i want to index separately but i would like to use the same set of exclusions, so it would be nice to if there were a way to reuse them. if export and import are not available, a cut-and-paste solution would also suffice. thanks!
