Dear all, I would like to compute the strahler stream order for a user defined channel network. The tool Strahler Order does not allow to define a threshold for channel initiation thus creates too many streams and too high orders for my purpose. On the other hand, I applied the Channel Network tool, which delivers a shapefile of the channel network that includes an Order column. This Order classification however is not Strahler (but Shreve?). Any ideas? Thank you, Jan

Dear all, I am experiencing problems with the tool "Fuzzy Landform Element Classification", which is under Terrain Analysis/Morphometry. Since the tool exists for quite a while now, I wonder why it does not work. I tried it on three different machines with a similar problem: When starting the tool SAGA freezes immediately and windows reports (NOT RESPONDING). SAGA message is that tool execution started, but that is it. Did anyone face similar problems recently? Any idea what went wrong? I would like...
