This does seem to be the issue. I added a Resizer MFT before the Color Converter MFT in topoedit, now the MP4 rotates correctly. Now to do the same in code. Thanks!

I have been trying to use the RotateAsync from MFSamples-2016-09. It works correctly on an .AVI encoded with H.264. However, when trying to load an .MP4 file using RotateAsync I get an Attribute Not Found error.
