Thinking about this I think I made a mistake. Im pretty sure that adding a DAW would require the DAW to function as a post processor, so it would start with whatever media is being played through VLC, then EQ-APO, then a DAW, then the line out. I have also been searching for some kind of I/O management to accomplish putting the devices in that order without any luck with that approach either. Thanks, do you know if its possible to somehow connect either the input or output of the Equalizer APO to either pre or post process in series with a mastering DAW? My setup uses VLC player as a source so presently everything is routed through Equalizer APO.
Hello, I have not been able to get any vst plugs that have 'moving (dynamic) graphics' to display in equalizer APO, it only seems to display static graphics, and it only seems to work with .dll files. I have not been able to get Equalizer APO to work with any .vst2, .vst3, .au, or ,aax formats. As an example the Nova GE edition, which is released in a dll format, partially works. The audio works fine, static graphics work fine, none of the dynamic graphics work on any .dll plugin that I tried. See:...
