Try using different driver, not Direct Sound. WDM-KS driver seems to be more stable, as there is direct access to audio interface. Also try removing first audio interface and use only 7.1
What OS are you on? Windows Linux? Clicking on add as shown in attachment does not work?
GrandOrgue supports multiple channels, number of channels is limited by device channel count. Just click on audio interface in audio and midi options and then click add channel. Both PortAudio and RTAudio API supports it. Multiple devices as far as I know are not supported yet. In case you need to output through multiple devices (and you are Linux user) you can use jack deamon with alsa_out to secondary device. Also you can create Alsa PCM device, that use both cards, but this is not optimal due...
