Clicking on the task-bar icon does indeed make it take focus. However, there is no task-bar icon when it is minimized to the tray. I would rather not have to think about it. If KeePass is in focus, do nothing. If it's not in focus, double-click the tray icon. I don't want to have to go looking for the task-bar icon, considering it's not there if KeePass is minimized (I have Minimize to Tray set).
