I tried downloading again without TS downloads being checked, and the video decoded. However, only the audio played. With the TS downloads checked continue to get permission denied error. When playing the TiVo file through Windows Media Player also only plays audio. I added to my Word document and note the different error codes in the log when not using or using TS downloads.
