Same for me, for a few days now Keepass 2.58 has started once and then it is impossible to restart it. It shows an error message "Keepass has stopped working" on the 2nd opening. You have to completely restart the computer to get it working again. Logging out is not enough. I would like to point out that it is only the portable version that no longer works.
