Window title bar remains present in fullscreen mode
I somehow doubt if GDPR actually requires so invasive a notice, but in any case its actual effect is that unless the visitor allows permanent storage of third party cookies on their computer (which means being tracked across the Web) they will be pestered by it every time they visit SF. So, in a way it's actually forcing the visitor to accept that which GDPR is supposed to prevent. If it were possible to press Esc to get rid of it, it would be less of a nuisance.

I changed the field which used to be the file description, only to find that instead I'd changed the filename to contain Unicode characters and spaces, plus no extension. Whether the description is needed or not, this is an unexpected gotcha and could cause a lot of consternation for downloaders. It arises because the filename field looks like the description field, and will likely be filled-in as such.
