When switching to fullscreen with ctrl-alt-shift-f or from the menu, the window title bar and scrollbars remain on screen. Title bar buttons are unresponsive to mouse clicks. Pressing ctrl-alt-shift-f restores normal windowed operation.

In the screencap you see that in the bug condition there are actually two title bars, one overlaying the other. The mouse pointer was actually over the 'Vnc' icon, not where it appears to have stopped at the edge of the client window.

Conditions: 32 or 64-bit Windows tvnviewer.exe. Tested 2.8.11.0 but seems to apply to all 2.x versions.
Any VNC server. Asus EAH5450 display driver on client. No scaling used.
Server and client must have same screen resolution. Tested at 1280x1024 and 1920x1080. Problem does not arise if client screen is larger than server's, only if they are identical.

Bug also manifests from commandline mode with -fullscreen option.

Bug does NOT manifest, and normal fullscreen mode results, if the session is opened using an options file , eg tvnviewer -optionsfile='whatever.vnc' where whatever.vnc contains the option 'fullscreen=1'

However, if a fullscreen session opened via an options file is windowed and then made fullscreen again, the bug then manifests itself.

Version 1 vncviewer.exe operates normally in all modes.
