Hey! I know it's not standard, but since 7z fork exists which brings in other compression methods via plugin system, I'd like to see just decompressing support in main 7z software. Would that be possible? zstd is the one that already has support, but only in ZIP archives. Could it be done, pretty please?
Not so much for unpacking last version of the archive, and that would be excellent if implemented.
No ZPAQ unpacking support? Please, add at least last version unpack support :) Other than that, I will wait for final version, but I like the added support in this version, You did a great job! Thank you.
Hello! ZPAQ has been forked and updated fairly regularly, and it's excellent archiver for making incremental backups, with "time machine" option to be able to restore particular version of the file. I'm loving it and am using it in daily work. It's fast (on my R5-3600 on fastest preset it hits 90 MB/sec) and works well over the network. If possible, I'd like to see an option to unpack the ZPAQ archives in 7-zip. For now, it would be enough if it would unpack latest version of archive. Can it be ...
Clonezilla boots into TUI by default, and it's not confusing at all, you just need to READ what is on the screen. Don't choose advanced options if you find it confusing, just use the defaults. Do a few images and you'll get the program.
I agree with that - or, is it possible to make even faster 7-zip profile that fastest now available...?
