I precise that when i separate my mix using a compound separator it does work, the reagent that i want to heat is then in vapor phase but I cannot put it with the rest of the mix in a gas liquid separator ( because there is only one way in, not 2) and when I want to use a stream mixer the mixture become liquid again ( and not liquid vapor like it is supposed to be)

Hello everyone, I have a basic reactor (conversion) at the exit of my reactor the phase is liquid, I put a heater to increase the temperature so one of the reagent ( who is supposed to be in excess) should be in a gas phase (to be able to eliminate it with an evaporator), but it is not the case, after the heater the phase is still completley liquid. Can I use a steam spliter or a compound separator to separate the reagent in excess from the rest of the mix, so I can then heat it ? Thanks a lot
