Thank you for your words. Yes, but if we use the http protocol, we should open a port to allow external connections and some clients in IT departments do not allow this configuration. Many ships are not prepared to allow remote connections. I understand in your words that in offline mode the program cannot control how often files are generated. But someone must know how the program works and what conditions must occur for the file to be generated and the database parameters that influence these actions....
Hello Jake I have updated register from Office and this update inserts a new line in the output batch with status NE, but the file is not generated for every minute and the output batch does not change to OK either.I cannot control how often the output csv file is generated (if there are lines to export) I have inserted from the beginning in sym_parameter this configuration. I have also tried to insert the same parameter but with external_id with 'ALL'. Thank you
Hello Eric. I have databases with nodes installed on ships and these ships may or may not be online. It is possible that the ships may be offline some days. The connection may also be bad and lost while transferring the information. I have thought that the best thing to do is to send the files by ftp and have the ships download the information when they have connection even if the connection is slow or lost. Can I do the replicas with online configuration? I have tried to rebuild the triggers but...
The files have now been generated. Why is this happening and not for each minute?
The jobs run and the export happens sometimes, but I can't control when the program generates the files. The Offline Push and Pull runs every 1 minute but I think the nodes are waiting for the other node to have connection. I suspect that when the program doesn't send the files at some point maybe another job generates all the files, but I don't know how Symmetricsds works in this area. I want to be able to control when the files are generated. In my case I want the program to generate the replication...
