Wilk's bindings have the same problem - the native extensions for 64-bit Python cannot be linked with the 32-bit libdjvulibre (some hacks can possibly help, but still). Furthermore, the project is abandoned and the maintained fork dropped Windows support entirely. I wanted to contribute some improvements to the aforementioned fork, but the GPL-2.0-only license prompted me to start from scratch since I wanted to use the bindings in a GPL-3.0 project.
