To access my database I have the following protection layers: 1) iphone's protection w biometrics 2) Keepassium app opens the database automatically with (same) biometrics It seems to me that this is not desired. For more protection, I changed the Keepassium protection from biometrics to passcode. On both iPhones and iPad. I hope you agree (if not, let me know) PS just out of curiosity: in case one of our phones gets lost/stolen, my complete database will still be stored on it, "only" protected by...
thx for fast responses. I have set the phones to somehow "automatically" open the database via fingerprint etc. . So once someone can break this telephone protection layer, the database w passwords will be available. I will remove this "automatic" opening of the database via "the phone's security process" for these passwords that are critical... PS I realize my phone runs Keepassium app, not Keepass. Keepass is the app on my notebook, used to make adjustments etc. Keepassium is used on the phones....
Hi there, I am looking for your wise comments... Situation: we (my wife and I) are using Keepass Free a while now. We have one single database that I have populated with many entries/passwords, from my wife as well as from myself. I have the database on my NAS (the "master" database so to speak), and also on our notebook and both our phones. I manually copy-paste from NAS to phones, whenever I did a few updates to the database. I realize however, that if one of our phones gets lost/stolen/whatever...
