Sleep# is not hibernating my desktop PC and my notebook after VLC finishes to play videos. This is happening since I upgraded to Windows Creator's (Version 1703, Build 15.603.xxx). I already uninstalled/reinstalled VLC and Sleep# but it did not fix the issue.Sleep# requires DotNet 4.0 which I cannot install anymore because Windows says .Net 4.7 replaces it.
