Create new user doesn't work

Hi, First thing : I love adminer ! But it's maybe not a bug but it's very... disturbing !!! And it's not cool to not write how-to get the old behavior... So after 1h, I have do this : Edit the adminer.php file go to at line : <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="',h(preg_replace("~\\?.*~","",ME)."?file=default.css&version=4.7.0"),'"> replace 4.7.0 by 4.6.3 is this the right way to do ?
