We are upgrading the e-foto to read using gdal. Therefore, we isolated image viewers and started changing.

Previous version before fully organazing the .pro file. It compiled sucessfully with qt4 and c++17.

E-foto updated to compile with qt5. I've organized .pro to build directories outside the folder and I created .pri file so we can organize build by OS in the future.
